Duet Fine Catered and Prepared Foods served up a little Latin Cuisine during West Shore Magazine's Best of the West event held at LaCentre Conference & Banquet Facility last night!
The 5th annual Best of the West Celebration showcased the Best of the West finalists from over sixty categories.
Duet Fine Catered and Prepared Foods kicked up Latin-Style by serving attendees delicious Chicken and Avocado Arepas. Arepa is a popular dish in both Colombia and Venezuela. Arepa is a native bread made of ground corn dough or precooked corn flour, which is then fried into a pancake-like bread. It is either topped or filled with meat, eggs, tomatoes, salad, or cheese. ¡Delicioso!
